Returns of products purchased online must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.  A return or exchange authorization must be approved before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund, or exchanged for replacement. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.

Returned products must include proof of purchase, the original packaging, and show no signs of use or damage.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may also visit any of our six convenient locations to return a product purchased online.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process and ship.  Once your order has processed you will receive another email stating that “Your order is complete”.  Once you receive this email we will ship your items that day unless otherwise notified by one of our associates.
