Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO T-Joint Covers are mandatory on all sure-weld 60- and 80-mil sure-weld TPO systems for step-offs at splice intersections. They are also required on 45-mil systems where step-offs have not been properly sealed. Part of Carlisle’s Certified Fabricated Accessory (CFA) program, these covers are the only factory fabricated TPO accessories that meet the stringent quality tolerances required for Carlisle’s warranted roofing system. The TPO T-Joint Cover is not intended to overlay fasteners and plates, as that requires the use of reinforced membrane.
