Returns of products purchased online must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase with the following requirements:

  • A return or exchange authorization must be approved before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund, or exchanged for replacement.
  • Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
  • Returned products must include proof of purchase, the original packaging, and show no signs of use or damage.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
