Replacing an entire roof hatch due to a damaged or old cover can be very costly, as you have to remove them from the roof decking up. With these covers, you simply remove the old hatch cover and install the retrofit unit over the existing curb. All the lifting hardware is built-in for easy lifting and closing, and any appropriate sized hatch railing by Babcock will fit seamlessly. We offer standard ladder access hatch replacements in sizes like the 36×30 and 36×36, as well as ship-stair 30×54 and full-stair access 30×96 hatches.
